To tie in with this month's exclusive investigation into slimming pills, we are reviewing two of Britain's leading slimming magazines, Top Santé and Slimmer, Healthier, Fitter. Is it worth forking out for them to help you along the journey towards a healthier lifestyle? Read our unbiased reviews below and find out how useful they may be.
Slim at Home Slim at Home is the UK's only totally independent slimming title. It claims to be "a comprehensive monthly guide to healthy eating and exercise, leading to safe weight loss". While other magazines peddle slimming clubs they have partnerships with to generate more profits, Slim at Home offers a full diet and healthy-living service to readers without the need to join a slimming club. We prefer this magazines to others because it is not gimmicky and doesn't pretend that weight-loss can be achieved overnight or without making significant changes to your lifestyle. The pictures of those who have succeeded in losing weight are inspiring for any dieter. ![]()
